Plaid – Trainer
Discovered via Systrum Sistum: Plaid.
Judging from the number of comments on Discogs, they appear to be very welll known, although I’ve never heard of them before. Maybe that’s because I’m “fairly new” to IDM kind of music. 
They seem to be related with The Black Dog in some way and their latest album Spokes is also praised. I’ll check out both of them later…

Basicly, Plaid used to be The Black Dog. There were originally 3 members in The Black Dog, but two of those members left and formed Plaid. ‘Trainer’ is an album released recently (relatively speaking) which showcases many of the tracks created by these guys when they were members of The Black Dog but which were not released under that name.
